The College Tuition Benefit through Guardian
The College Tuition Benefit is paired with your Guardian coverage… a “perk” for being a Guardian member. By electing the Guardian coverage, you are eligible to register and begin accruing points that ultimately convert to $$ in Tuition savings at over 440 private schools across the US. The points are used by students going into a 4-year undergrad program at one of our network schools. 1 point = $1 in tuition savings. You will receive 2000 points at registration, and 2000 points each year shortly after renewal (there is a bonus of 2500 points in the 4th year – dental only). The benefit is not just for your own dependent children but can also be used for extended family members (nieces/nephews, grands/greats of all family members, stepchildren, godchildren, etc.). If for some reason you do not have someone who can use the points now – I would encourage you to register as you may have someone in the future who could potentially use them. Once registered, you will see all past points (if applicable) and the account/all points in it are yours forever. Points never expire.
