As an employee for any organization, it is important to understand the company’s overall direction and focus to be able to set and achieve goals. These can range from company goals, departmental goals to individual goals. The most important step to achieving a goal is setting a path with tasks that will help us get there. One of the first tasks in achieving the goal is being mentally and physically well. With actions such as arriving to work on time, maintaining an acceptable attendance record, starting the day with a positive attitude, addressing your personal needs, and having a clear understanding of our job duties and responsibilities, our goals become more attainable. Being well, as an individual, will also result in a trickle down effect leading to healthy relationships with our co-workers which in turn maintains a harmonious work environment within our organization.

At Denco Family, we don’t just work with one another – we’re a family. We strive to create an environment that is warm, friendly, and supportive so everyone can succeed professionally and personally. As a family-owned company, we know life is chaotic and unpredictable at times. We work with employees to provide a flexible work schedule that meets both their needs and that of the company . Humility is defined as “the quality of being courteous and respectful; putting the needs of others before your own”. Integrity and humility are attributes that we make tangible in our everyday work lives by acknowledging that perhaps we’re not always right. Our way is not the ONLY way. It’s being impartial and fair. Taking the time to consider all factors and consider different viewpoints before making a decision. Denco Family began as a dream, a dream that started a restaurant and has grown to numerous business concepts and locations. We focus on finding creative and innovative ways to reduce cost and improve our processes without sacrificing the quality of our work. From eco-friendly initiatives such as paperless check stubs to waste reduction, we strive to leave this world a better place for future generations. We also believe that striving to do more with less fosters creativity and ingenuity.
