Rahul Marwah, a graduate of the Economics program at UCLA, is a second-generation restaurateur and hotelier.  Over his 12-year career, Rahul has personally developed and opened 9 full-service restaurants, 16 quick-serve restaurants, and 2 select service hotels, including a Marriott-flagged hotel.  All of these properties are active, thriving and profitable contributors to his portfolio today.  Rahul is a franchisee of 6 different national brands, and holds several different leadership positions in the hospitality industry.

Mike is a 14-year hospitality-industry veteran, with extensive work experience in Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York City. After years of bartending in high-end cocktail bars, Mike took a position with Soho House West Hollywood where he traveled with the company to execute their food and beverage outlets at their world-renowned pop-up events such as Art Frieze and Art Basel. Mike then turned to the world of consulting where he focused on curating unique bar experiences and bespoke cocktail programs. His menus and bar programs have been featured on hundreds of news outlets including Fox 5, CBS, USA Today, Bloomberg and the New York Times.

Ritu Marwah Portugal, Esq.

Ritu Marwah Portugal graduated from the Annenberg School of Communication at USC and Loyola Law School, and is currently an attorney and principal with Denco Family. Her work experience spans a wide range of industries, including legal, marketing, and advertising with large companies such as BBDO West, MGM, Arthur Andersen, Kal Kan, Oral-B, and Northrop Grumman. Ritu currently oversees all legal affairs and human resources, creating and implementing systems and handling oversight of approximately 1400 employees across various brands.




Our custom-outfitted spaces will create food, beverage and nightlife destinations by driving traffic from both local and tourist demographics. Unique concepts can be designed for all outlets, including rooftop bar and restaurant, banquets areas, lobby bar and in-room dining experiences. We will create the most efficient use of space possible, while value-engineering all construction, design and finishes to ensure cost-efficiency.

We will conduct comprehensive research of the target area’s demographics, current offerings and potential competition.

1. Staffing
Recruiting, selection, placement and training of management and staff.

2. Implementation of SOP’s
Execution of bar and food menus and all SOP’s. Establish protocols for all FOH and BOH procedures.

3. Administrative Services
Adherence to all local, state, federal laws & third-party agreements (incl. IT, AP, AR, HR and sales).

4. Long-Term Operations
Oversight of day-to-day operations, including revenue and P&L analysis.
